- Partnership with the Canadian Centre for Diversity & Inclusion (CCDI); allowing for dedicated training hours for all staff across all levels.
- Socialization of our proud new DEI Manifesto; reminding us of how we work together and understand our role for inclusion.
- Integration of communications following a National Diversity Calendar; building our employment brand both internally and externally.
- Ability to use personal pronouns in email signatures, loan applications, presentations etc. with ease; enabling us to be our most authentic self.
