Q1. What do I need to apply for a loan?
A1. Applying for a loan is easy! Flex Loans you will need: a piece of photo ID, a banking account, proof of employment and proof of residency to apply. For a Payday Loan you will need: a piece of photo ID, a banking account, proof of employment to apply.
Q2. How can I apply for a Payday loan if I am unable to come into the branch?
A2. No problem! We can fund your loan over the phone via esign. Please contact your nearest Cashco branch for more information.
Q3. How can I check my loan balance or payment dates?
A3. You can sign up or log into your online account here https://cashcofinancial.com/online-loan-application/login to see your latest loan information OR please give your local Cashco branch a call.
Q4. I don’t have an online account OR I don’t know how to access my online account.
A4. If you are new to Cashco, please complete an online loan application. If you are a returning client, please follow these steps:
- i. Visit:https://cashcofinancial.com/online-loan-application/login
- Click “FORGOT PASSWORD?”
- Enter in the email address you have on file with us OR try the email you most commonly use if you can’t remember.
- Click “RESET PASSWORD”
- An email will be sent to the email address you have on file with us. Open the email and follow the prompts.
- If you don’t receive a password reset email in 2 minutes, please open a chat by clicking the “Chat with us” button below OR by calling 1-855-525-3410.
Q5. How can I make a payment on my loan?
A5. You can now make payments ONLINE! Follow the below steps to make your payment:
- Visit https://cashcofinancial.com/online-loan-application/login to log in (if you do not have your online account set up, please see above for a separate set of steps).
- You will be brought to your dashboard that shows when and how much your next payment is.
- Click “Pay Now.” Please note we are only accepting Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit at this time.
- You will need to select the loan you’d like to pay if you have multiple payments with Cashco.
- Enter your information and click the green “Pay $”
- You’re done! Your payment is now submitted for processing providing that your payment method was accepted.
*Your payment will be processed on our next banking day. Banking days are Monday-Friday, excluding stat holidays.

Q6. I cannot make my next loan payment. What do I do?
