Q3. I have general questions about my loan. Who can I contact?

A3. We recommend accessing your online account for information about your loan. All clients can access their online account. Please see A5 below for steps on how to access your online account.

You can also use the chat function on the bottom right of this page to talk to an advisor online for general questions about your loan. Advisors are available Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 8:00 pm & Saturday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (MST).

Q4. How do I cash my cheque?

A4. We have resumed cheque cashing at our branches. Please click here to find a branch near you.

Q5. I don’t have an online account OR I don’t know how to access my online account. How can I get access to my online account?

A5. Follow these steps:

i. Visit: https://cashcofinancial.com/online-loan-application/login

ii. Click “FORGOT PASSWORD?”

iii. Enter in the email address you have on file with us OR try the email you most commonly use if you can’t remember.

iv. Click “RESET PASSWORD”

v. An email will be sent to the email address you have on file with us. Open the email and follow the prompts.

vi. If you don’t receive a password reset email in 2 minutes, please open a chat by clicking the “Chat with us” button below OR by calling 1-855-525-3410

Q6. I’m a Banking Client with questions. What do I do?

A6. If you are a banking client and have questions, please call our Customer Support line at 1-844-541-4127 (toll-free) and choose from the following options:

i. Cashco deposit account, overdraft protection, or debit card –> PRESS 1

ii. For help with online or mobile banking –> PRESS 2

iii. For questions about or changes to your Cashco loan –> PRESS 3

Payday Loan Questions

Q1. I have a Payday Loan. How do I pay my balance and get a new loan?

A3. There are a few ways to know when your next payday loan repayment date is:

ii. You can review your Payday Loan documents for the due date.

iii. Your payday loan payment is scheduled for your next pay date. iv. You can contact your branch and speak to an associate. Please click here for your branch phone number.

Q4. I lost my job due to COVID-19. Can I still get a loan?
